The time period written above is the delivery time of the passport by the consulate from the appointment date. The appointment date is not clear. It depends on the consulates.   

  DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY AUSTRALIAN CONSULATE

 -Passport

-The attached information form must be filled in completely, the online form will be filled in by us

-2 white background biometric photographs taken within the last 6 months - taken from the front (dimensions: 35x45 mm)

-English petition addressed to the consulate on the letterhead of the company (signed with stamp) signed by the company official.

-Invitation letter addressed to the embassy on the letterhead of the inviting company for commercial applications, stamped and signed

-Flight reservation

-Hotel reservation

-Copy of the company's signature circular

-Photocopy of certificate of activity (issued within the last 3 months) if electronic, it should not be older than 2 months.

-Photocopy of tax plate

-Copy of the trade registry gazette

-Photocopy of employment declaration (if employee)

-Payroll for the last four months (if employed)

-4a sgk service transcript list with barcode belonging to the applicant's own person (if he/she is an employee): sgk page is entered into the Common (A4/4B/4C) services section, click on the sgk registration and service breakdown under the section and download the file after clicking on the barcoded document creation on the page that opens.

-Bank account statement with stamped signature for the last 3 months (the bank account must be newly processed and must show money to cover travel expenses.) Personal bank account even if it is a commercial application

-Credit card statement, title deed, lease contract, vehicle license photocopies.

-Photocopy of identity card

-Full population registration sample (all family members from the 1st degree must be present. parents, spouse, children)

  IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

-The passport must have a blank visa page.

-If there are old passports, they must be presented together with the new one.

-Since there is a fingerprint application, the applicant must come to the application center on the appointment day.
